| The New Law on the Foreigner's Land Purchases Announced |

The new law on the title rights of foreigners has been published on the Official Gazette on 7 January 2006. The new law will be enacted on 7 July 2006. The maximum area of any one's purchase will be no larger than 2.5 hectars. The reciprocity law still applies.
