The Government Decree and the Communique on Transfer Pricing have been issued on the Turkish Official Gazette on 18 November 2007 and 6 December 2007, respectively. Thus, the initial legislation for transfer pricing rules in Turkey has been completed. But, there are so many questions are still standing unanswered.
